Mexeseal is an ultra low-odor, water-based, satin or medium-gloss, clear sealer suitable for interior flooring over porous terra cotta or stone tile and masonry surfaces. Its hard, durable finish affords long-term protection against food, oil and water stains, scuffing and black heel marks. This is not suitable for granite, concrete or other countertops because it is not food grade.
Mexeseal has almost no odor during application and is safe, even for the chemically sensitive.
NOTE: This product is not suited for any polished surfaces, such as granite, modern Saltillo tile and quarry tile as they contain salts that contaminate the surface. It is not intended for food grade surfaces/it will not work on countertops.
NOTE: This product is not suited for surfaces that will be underwater/submerged (cisterns, shower or tub floors, etc.).
Mexeseal is a long-lasting, ultra low-odor topical sealer that performs very well on most interior porous tile or stone. Because MexeSeal smooths out rough surfaces, it makes cleaning floors much easier.
