Warehouse Storage

As a convenience to our customers, large items may be stored on pallets in our warehouse (601 S. 23rd St) for 1-6 months under the following conditions (subject to change):

1. All items must be fully paid for in advance, including kitchen cabinets.
2. Stored items will accrue additional charges, payable upon pickup, according to the following schedule:
• First month is free
• Months 2-6 will be charged as follows:
• –$50 per pallet or carpet roll / month
• –$100 per kitchen regardless of size / month
• Storage Time starts from date of arrival. If the order arrives 9/15 storage fees start on 10/16.
• You will be called 1 time / month
• After 6 months, If we receive no reply, we will dispose of the items. There will be no refunds.

Showroom Storage

As a convenience to our customers, Parcel orders may be stored at our showroom (East wall rack) for a short time under the following conditions (subject to change):

1. All items must be fully paid for in advance
2. Stored items will accrue additional charges, payable upon pickup, according to the following schedule:
• First month is free
• Month 2-3 will be charged $10 / month
• Storage Time starts from date of arrival. If the order arrives 9/15 storage fees start on 10/16.
• You will be called 1 time / month
• After 3 months, If we receive no reply, we will dispose of the items. There will be no refunds.
