Forbo's Bulletin Board is a new type of all natural wall covering that's ideal for communication in public spaces. It's made of linseed oil, dense cork, rosin binders and dry pigments. It's 1/4" thick x 48" wide (3 colors are available 72" wide). It can be cut to any length up to 90' long (sold in whole square yards), and can be glued to most walls. Unlike the typical thin type cork that crumbles after a short time, this product is a serious bulletin board material that's self-healing, very durable and will last a long time. Use it in hallways, staff areas, conference rooms, play rooms or anywhere you need a place to display posters, messages, drawings or design work.
Forbo's Bulletin Board is not only useful for tacking up your notices or pictures, but it also is a beautiful wall covering that comes in an array of colors that coordinate with Marmoleum sheet or tile products. It can also be used as a warm wall covering that's functional for everything from play rooms to commercial public spaces to door panels and cupboards.
This is almost an investment grade bulletin board. It's smooth but tough and won't disintegrate like typical cheap bulletin boards do. Most people won't even recognize this cork because of its beautiful colors and texture. Think of it more as an aesthetic wall covering with nice acoustical and thermal properties.
