NOTE: Raw slabs are made to order and non-returnable. Final cutting, and shaping is done by your fabricator. Please allow 3-4 weeks for order processing and production.
NOTE 2: Due to their large size and weight, Richlite countertops can only be shipped to locations that have proper unloading equipment such as a loading dock and forklift. Customers will be responsible for the removal of the countertop from the truck.

CoverPly is a cost-effective eco-friendly countertop made from genuine PaperStone on the top and bottom layers with a Forest Stewardship Council (FSC)-certified plywood core. It provides a practical yet beautiful and unique look, and can be installed with common woodworking tools. It is lighter than solid Paperstone and is more affordable, too.
Paperstone (top and bottom layer of the CoverPly product) is a versatile solid surface material made from 50-100% recycled layers of FSC-certified recycled paper, melamine (in the lighter designer colors) and a proprietary non-petroleum based phenolic resin with natural pigments. Paperstone is non-toxic and zero VOC and emits no hazardous air pollutants. Most of the darker solid colors are National Sanitary Foundation (NSF) certified.
CoverPly comes in 4’ x 8’ sheets in three thicknesses, 0.75”,1” and 1.25” overall. The PaperStone top and bottom layers are approximately 0.1” thick and come in seven solid colors and four designer colors. The distinctive end grain consists of 13 plys of alternating light/dark layers of FSC Baltic Birch plywood which can be sealed or stained with water-based or oil-based finishes.
CoverPly is ideal for kitchen countertops, desks, furniture, bookcases, closet organizers, cabinetry and boardroom tabletops.
We love Paperstone and we love this CoverPly product even more because it is more affordable, lighter weight and more DIY friendly. The look is very cool and has lots of potential applications around the house or office. If you question the durability of the top layer, buy one of our Paperstone cutting boards made by Epicurean. They can take a real beating and can be easily refinished.
