In reference to our qualified free shipping offers, "Free Standard Ground Shipping" means items that ship standard ground will receive free shipping. Since parcel and freight shipping items use different trucks and shipping systems, this cannot be combined with Freight Shipping Items.
We maintain the right to override mistakes made by our website in regards to giving free shipping.
Free freight shipping offers for qualifying orders of flooring and other heavy items apply to the Mainland United States only, it is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, and other islands.
Freight shipping is used for heavy or over-sized items. Most flooring (including carpets), cabinets, panels, roofing, and countertops ship this method. Fed-Ex freight available upon request.
