The Illumination collection by Unique is a large, thick-and-thin white yarn of pure New Zealand Wool which is augmented by a thin, subtly-tinted nylon yarn in a luxurious Shag/Cut Pile style. This bright yarn accentuates the subdued luster of wool and adds sparkling color and shimmering highlights to the long, flowing texture of Illumination. It is available in four standard color-ways that will add warmth and character to any decor.
Like all wool from New Zealand, the quality is stronger, bouncier and definitely softer than any other wool. It also insulates better, contain less odor and is manufactured more sustainably.
Unique Carpets also makes specialty models that contains absolutely no synthetic dyes: Ambassador, Boardwalk, Eldorado, Four Seasons, Grenoble, Kingston, Laredo, and Revue. These carpets may be more suitable for those with chemical sensitivities, allergies or asthma.
